Chef Joseph Feldmann has been at the helm of the Oceana Lounge kitchen since 2008. Born in Germany, Joe grew up enjoying the culinary delights of his mom, one of his favorite chefs. Rather than peanut butter & jelly, Joe went to school with prosciutto and liverwurst sandwiches. Since his childhood, his dream has always been to be a chef. Since living in the US, Joe has had many adventures, including working at Falcon in Hollywood, as a prep cook, sous chef, and interim chef. Joe’s favorite cuisines involve a more Mediterranean style, and he especially delights in cooking fish with fresh local ingredients from the Farmer’s Market. Chef Joe has a degree in the culinary arts, and currently resides in West Los Angeles.
